Jocks appeal continues. He had two hearings so far, end of October and mid of November.

In quite suprirsing turn of events both serving policeman during first hearing and two ex-cops during second hearing confirmed Jock’s version of events and admitted that when they arrived to the scene their collegues and other witnesses told them about attack on Roma boys before fight with Jock started. That actually gives us some hope for the final result to be positive. His next hearing will be on 22nd of December and probably in January there will be a sentencing. We got all this time to carry on putting pressure on Bulgarian authorities, we can’t stop now as this is very important moment. Please make sure you organise actions in your are or at the very least send another round of protest letters, emails and faxes to Bulgarian authorities.
